United Presbyterian Church believe that ministry with youth is one of the most important things that the church can ever do!
Mid High Youth Group (6th-8th grade)- The Mid High Youth Group is one of the most exciting and energetic ministries at UPC. Young people gather twice a month, usually on Sunday evenings, for all sorts of activities.
Sometimes everyone meets at the church for discussion, games and food. Other times there are field trips, such as collecting food for the food pantry or a trip to a sports event. There are also weekend retreats each year. Whatever the activity, UPC Mid Highs are having fun while learning, growing and serving.

Sr High Youth Group (9th-12 grade)- At UPC, we are blessed with a lively and vibrant Senior High Youth Group. Senior Highs meet weekly, usually on Sunday evenings. Club time meetings at the church involve study and devotions, games and music, dinner and fellowship. Other weeks, Senior Highs go out for skiing or skating, swimming or hiking, as well as visits to sporting events and local restaurants.
Service work is a big part of the Senior High program. Every month, Senior Highs participate in some service project, such as working in a soup kitchen , collecting food for the food pantry, singing for a nearby nursing home, or assisting ill or elderly congregation members.
The new highlight of the year will be our annual Mission Trip. The Senior Highs travel to a mission site, where they participate in all types of service work including childcare, building projects, grounds work, painting, and cooking. Senior Highs raise funds year round to help underwrite the cost of the trip.
